    1. General Terms

    By accessing and using Tashkeel's services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

    2. User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.

    3. Orders and Payment

    All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are clearly displayed before checkout. We offer various payment methods including online payment and cash on delivery. Orders are only processed after successful payment or confirmation of COD.

    4. Intellectual Property

    You retain all rights to the 3D models you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process, print, and deliver the physical objects to you. We will not use your models for any other purpose.

    5. Return and Refund Policy

    If an item appears defective or incorrect, contact support promptly with the order reference and clear evidence. Tashkeel reviews the order record and applies the owner-approved policy in effect for that order; this document does not promise a universal refund or reprint.

    6. Order Acceptance and Rejection

    Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject any order — including for unprintable geometry, prohibited content, suspected infringement, or unavailable capacity — and any amount already paid for a rejected order is refunded in full.

    7. Design Suitability

    You confirm that you own or are licensed to print each file you upload, and that the design is fit for its intended use. We print the geometry as supplied and do not engineer, certify, or test parts for load-bearing, medical, automotive, or safety-critical use.

    8. Colour and Dimensional Tolerances

    Additive manufacturing has inherent variation. Colours may differ from on-screen previews, and dimensions may vary within normal process tolerance. Visible layer lines, support-contact marks, and minor finishing traces are characteristics of the process, not defects.

    9. Cancellation of Custom Items

    Custom-printed items are made to order. You may cancel free of charge while the order is pending or awaiting payment. Once printing has started, cancellation is not guaranteed and any material and machine time already consumed may be deducted.

    10. Shipping, Delivery and Force Majeure

    Delivery fees depend on the governorate shown at checkout, and delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, power or internet outages, strikes, or government action.

    11. Payment and Refunds

    Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include any fees shown at checkout, such as delivery and cash-on-delivery charges. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, and the timing of settlement depends on the payment provider.

    12. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost production time.

    13. Marketplace and Sellers

    Marketplace listings are supplied by independent sellers who remain responsible for product accuracy, legality, and any warranty. Tashkeel operates the platform, mediates communication and payment, and applies a published commission to each sale.

    14. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old, or acting with the consent of a guardian, to create an account and place orders.

    15. Changes and Governing Law

    We may update these terms and will change the last-updated date accordingly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
