    Account data (name, email, phone), order data (specifications, prices, payment status), delivery addresses, payment references handled by our provider, uploaded 3D files and their derived previews, support messages, and technical or analytics data such as device type and pages visited.

    8. Processors

    We use trusted processors to run the service: our cloud and database host, payment providers, delivery companies, transactional email and messaging providers, and analytics tools. They may only process data on our instructions and for these purposes.

    9. Retention and Deletion

    Order and invoicing records are retained for the period required by Egyptian commercial and tax rules. Uploaded design files are kept only as long as needed to fulfil, support, and warranty the order, and are then deleted. You may request earlier deletion of files that are no longer tied to an active order.

    10. International Transfers

    Some processors store data on servers outside Egypt. Where that happens we rely on providers offering an adequate level of protection and contractual safeguards.

    11. Your Rights

    You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your data, and you may withdraw consent for analytics at any time from the cookie settings. Send requests to support@tashkeel.pro; we respond within the statutory period and may verify your identity first.

    12. Children

    The platform is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

    13. Security Incidents

    If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to affect you, we will notify the competent authority and affected users in line with Law No. 151 of 2020.
