Intellectual Property Policy

    This policy applies to every marketplace listing on Tashkeel and to print files uploaded by customers.

    Seller obligations

    Every Tashkeel marketplace seller confirms that they own the design they list, or hold an explicit licence permitting commercial sale and printing. Listing third-party characters or brands without a licence violates this policy.

    Prohibited content

    You may not list or print: designs copied without the owner's permission, copyrighted characters or trademarked logos without a licence, weapons and weapon parts, or anything unlawful under Egyptian law.

    Reporting infringement

    If you are a rights holder or their legal representative and believe a listing infringes your rights, email support@tashkeel.pro with: the product link, a description of the protected work, proof of ownership or authorisation, your contact details, and a statement that the information is accurate.

    How we respond

    We review reports within a reasonable period and may suspend the listing while we do. The seller is notified and may respond. Repeat infringement leads to permanent account suspension.

    Counter-notice

    A seller whose listing was removed may appeal via support@tashkeel.pro with evidence of ownership or licence; the listing is restored if the claim is substantiated.
